Radish Sandwich Time

I pulled the first Radishes this morning.

I immediately made a sandwich from the largest one.

 

It was mild and tender.

 

I learned to like radish sandwiches when I was very young from my Dad.

Bread

Thinly sliced radishes

Mayo

Salt

LOL! I also make radish sandwiches but I use butter spray instead of mayo. Radishes are great little veggies. They lower blood sugar and are good for diabetics. Your radishes look great!
