I'll never stay in a BIG resort again . GADS munchkins everywhere. And the crowds. I like the smaller places. But I did want to stay at a big one one time. (sigh) NOT again for me. I read and read and read the posts and comment on some of them. I'm in Southeastern Michigan and dream of moving "up north" where I have camped my whole life. I have 3 children, ages 16, 19,22. I was raised with always having a full pantry and a side of beef in the freezer. Mom and dad canned and froze everything. I'm the oldest daughter of 6 kids. So, I ruled the roost growing up. You get the most minimalist art haircut you can get...I keep mine either in a ponytail, bun or braids and still get stray humidity wisps. As for makeup, no foundation, mostly pressed powder and minimal as possible. Everything is lite. I keep napkins and such to *blot* my face. etc. Basically, I do what everyone else does..*endure* summer and dream of autumn. ------------------ Quote Link to comment
