I finally decided to de-lurk! (is that even a word?? ) I live in Massachusetts, and am especially interested in learning all I can about food preservation. I have made jellies and done some dehydrating in the past, but I'm ready to take some big girl steps! This has been my favorite source of information on food preps and preps in general. My personal views on the world today and my need to prep are not particularly popular in my neck of the woods, least of all with friends and family, so any and all help I can get will be greatly appreciated!!!!
