OldMaineBear
Let's never forget the events on this day in 2001. Honor the victims of that day and the sacrifices of all the troops from all the countries who have been fighting this scourge. Link to comment
Vic303
Amen to that my friend! http://www.webdesignbyken.com/attack_911.html No for those on dial up. It is a 7meg file, and will auto load. It is safe, though it does show a lot of the footage that no one else does any more, including the jumpers... Link to comment
Cat
That day, and for days afterwards, there were no hyphenated Americans. Together we cried and were comforted by each other's presence. Together we mourned each and every innocent life taken so violently by evil acts. Together we marvelled at and mourned the brave souls who rushed in as others tried desperately to find a way out. Together we raised a fist against those who would dare to steal our lives and our freedoms. I remember standing outside in the dark as utter silence prevailed in the skies where planes normally criss-cross over head almost hourly, praying for God's protection and blessings upon our people and our nation as we searched out the truth and found our feet once more. I still pray for us... ALL of us. And I hope again for the hyphens to be banished forever... WE ARE AMERICANS! Link to comment
