Everywhere I look blooms are bursting forth! Our gorgeous ornamental Pear Trees are solid white with tiny beautiful flowers. The peach trees are covered in delicate pink adornments. The plum trees are starting to display a little color as well.
Seasons are a lovely gift that the Lord has bestowed upon us. Each has it's on purpose and is necessary.

my boss is retiring soon and i will be getting the postion and for now no extra pay and no offical title,but all the work it is coming up soon and i am geting very nervous. when our work picks up they say there will be the title and a pay increase can not wait we can really use the pay increase. my boss will go from being my boss to me being their boss the person is only going to work a few days a week. i hope this makes sense.

As I read the parable that Jesus told in Matthew 25 I was keenly interested in how each of them reacted and then the results of the actions that they individually took.
Remember, I had been praying about what I should do next, what I should with what I had, what I should focus on.

When my husband and I were first married, I asked him what he wanted for his birthday dinner. I told him that I would happily make it for him, complete with whatever dessert he wanted.

I'm a busy mom, I get tired, overwhelmed and just outright pooped sometimes.
In the past, on a day like that, I'd ask dh to stop by and pick up something convenient. After all, hungry kids, a frustrated mom, lack of time, a small crisis of some manner, and etc... were the recipe for disaster. And so I excused it. Now, while we still eat out (very occasionally), it is a planned event, not a matter of convenience.
In my life, Convenience has been Redefined.

Gosh, after last week's 80deg temps, the last couple of days have been downright frigid! Sub-freezing temps, mucho wind, and the sunshine just didn't help warm stuff up enough. So why am I feeling grouchy? I'm on the downhill side of the monthly thing, so that's not it. DH has been in a good mood, so that's not it. Stress? Yeah, I suppose so, and some odd dreams, but......maybe I'm suddenly feeling old. I think that's a big part of it.

Friday night was a blast. Actually the entire day was a blast. It was my older daughter's 12th birthday party celebration. A Twilight Party -- because both she and I am into Twilight and love both the movie and the books. In fact she has read all four books and read them TWICE! I have only read them once. I went out today and loaded up on supplies. I've got a good start again now, so I feel better about what I have although I still have a long way to go before I can breathe easy. But can you ever breathe easy, no matter how much you have? For every one thing I bought today I can still think of ten more things I need! But at least now I can pick up a few extra things every time I go out.

There have been people refusing to fill Birth control scrips because they do not believe in Birth Control. I found this completely unacceptable. If you work in a pharmacy your job is to give me my meds, no matter what your beliefs.
Otherwise, you are inflicting your beliefs on me. What is next? not believing in pork?
I went to physical therapy this morning for my first treatment. I don' t see where any thing good or bad came from it. One thing that struck me as odd is the therapist asked me why I was there. I told him because my doctor told me to. This guy is supposed to be as good as one can be in his field. He looked at 30 years worth of MRI's and asked if I was going to have surgery. He expressed more concern with the L5 area than the others. He asked if I had any numbness or tingling in the pelvic region
