    I feel really bad. Wormie told me about CGA today. I've been so scarce here that I haven't been able to catch up & missed this. I was looking forward to meeting her soon. We'd discussed, since she was just a few hours from me & an hour from Hubba's site. :'(

    I mixed up a batch of GF flour mix. It filled my 5L Fido jar!! Tomorrow I hope I'm feeling up to baking a loaf of bread with it.

    If you mean that justice was served by him getting burned for him using a lid that looked off, that is a HATEFUL comment! Exactly! I don't know if I would have either, BUT they are plastic & when plastic is treated with heat, they tend to form & bow. So, yeah, I MIGHT have experimented. There's also a chance I may not have even noticed. Does that mean I deserve getting burned? No.

    Our Mennonite store only JUST started offering "the most popular" grains in 50# bags. I am blessed that he orders for me at his cost plus 10% (to cover freight). A lot of people don't know they can ask about this, though. I'm pretty straight forward & ask. So, I'll repeat what I said above- great for those that have no other option to order like this Because I was in that situation once, too.
