    Leg Cramps at Night

You might try eatin more bananas too... alot of times leg and foot cramps are from your potassium level being down... this can also effect your heart rate too as potassium is one of the essential electrolyte salts that is needed to maintain good health.

So well written NANA thank you for sharing your inner emotions with everyone, I lost a very dear friend in the caos of that day and I still cannot put into words my feelings... my children begged me to return to arizona immediately, but I told them... Check in...

Been working 5 hours a day 5 - 6 days aweek at A&P... taking the kid to football practice and dropping him off before I go to work each evening.... comming home and cleaning up the kitchen and dining room before I shower and go to bed.... and I'm just plain pooped! other than that I'm still alive... i think.
  12. Well hopefully I'll get mine done before winter sets in too.... I have all the squares from the exchange set aside, and still have to cut out the black squares to place between them. Then I can get serious and begin putting them together into a queen sized top. Just too busy right now with the new job, and other things impacting my life. Twi
  13. With my new job I stand in one spot for 6 - 8 hours and twist, stretch, and turn... how do I count that?

  17. I just love going to craft fairs here in the states. There are so many talented people and I get alot of ideas of things I'd like to make in the future. I've entered quilts, X-stitch, and canning in the county fair back home and won ribbons for them and prizes. it's always exciting when ya see a ribbon on an entry and know that someone thought your work was commendable. I'm really happy that you were able to get some commissions on your work. It helps to be able to earn a little extra cash for a talent you enjoy .
  18. I am just dieing to see it Lowie... please post a picture of it as soon as you have time. i have been very busy here too, so havent had time to work on mine either. Bust as soon as it is done I'm gonna ask Cat how I can post it on her site. Twi
  19. I havent had much time for reading lately, been sewing, and mending things around the house and am working now. I think most people are busy with their animals and livestock this time of year. I know when I was living on the ranch, this was one of the busiest times of the year for me with the garden and canning and dehydrating and putting eggs in waterglass for winter use. Then there were the livestock chores and cutting cord wood for our winter heat. Keep on reading Lowie... it keeps the mind active and you never get enough book lerning, T.

    In the news

Recently they covered the things related to terrorism in the UK..... We get reports occasionally about mad cows disease and such in the UK and Canada... but really most of the things I hear about in our area are about the royal family,, and I tend to not put too much stock in those reports. ie, Prince William and Harry's personnal life or Camilla and such. Those reports into private lives enrage me... those people cant help it if they were born royalty and should have some private moments in peace .
  23. I really like this site snowmommy! Bookmarked it to give it a thorough exploration later on tonight or tomorrow, thanks so much! twi
