  1. 1 qt and 2 pts of pear sauce. There is a half bushel still in the garage and will bring another bushel home from my sister's house today.
  2. 10 half-pints of grape jelly (hope that's enough for DH because he didn't know).
  3. Plan pringles in the can (NO LOW FAT/FAT FREE). I read (here, I think) that sometimes it's one of the few things that people can keep down. Ginger Ale
  4. Yesterday, 10 pts of peaches. Had I done it the way I knew I should have (hot packed), it would have only been 7. grrrrrr . Working on carrots.
  5. 4 qts of pasta sauce Monday 2 1/2 pints of mushrooms and 5 qts and (probably)1 pt of potatoes
  6. 3 quarts and 1 pint of pasta sauce. Just a few tomatoes left and I can't decide if I should do a little more pasta sauce or salsa...... Does anyone have a good pizza sauce recipe?
  7. Not a problem TurtleMama! Violet~ Thanks for the info for drying potatoes! 5 qts of spaghetti sauce yesterday (with my neice, who will be one next week, added to the brood). Red bell peppers in the freezer.
  8. I use the recipe in the Ball Blue Book. Wash - peel- wash again. I rinse the peeler as I go, too. I need to figure out how to dry them. I want to make hashbrowns but I don't know how to cut then let alone where to begin.
  9. Yesterday 3 qts and 1 pt of potatoes, 10 pts of salsa, and rhubarb and carrots in the freezer.
  10. 6 pints of beets - I do not like beets, SAM I AM. 1/2 gallon of pasta sauce in the freezer and half of a quart bag of chopped banana peppers.
  11. 11 pints of salsa Filled a second bag of green beans in the freezer and started a bag of zucchini
  12. 3 quarts and 1 pint of potatoes, with pickle crisp!!!!!! Lots of tomatoes and peppers in the fridge, salsa when the kids go to sleep tonight.
  13. 5 qts of pasta sauce and 7 pts of seasoned tomatoes. So tired and yet I don't climb the stairs to go to bed.....
  14. Since Sunday: 6 pints of Hamburger Dills, 20 pints of stewed tomatoes, 6 pints of salsa
  15. 5 pts of dilly beans (is it better to wait the 6 weeks or can we try some at 4?) 7 ears of corn off the cob in the freezer.
  16. LOL!!! The things we do when we are in a hurry and THINK we know the recipe. 10 pints of corn
  17. 43 pints of green beans 5 dozen ears of corn ready to be processed in the morning
