  1. Strawberry Lemonade concentrate - 5 quarts Strawberry Rhubarb Jam - 10 pints Strawberry freezer jam - 5 containers Strawberry vodka - ok technically not canning but it is in a mason jar if that counts.
  2. peaches, I was going to store them but I can't, they are too yummy so i'm going to eat them as chips instead
  3. 20 pints of pear mincemeat. Oh and I bought a pressure canner so did some green beans and corn over the weekend. WOOO!
  4. Freezer pickles today. I was going to get out the canner but i'm feeling lazy... so freezer pickles it is!
  5. Of course not!!! I use this one http://www.ldsemerge...barbecue-sauce/ but i'm doing it with raspberries. I add chipolte's too and some liquid smoke. I made it with Cherries last week and it was amazing. I'm all jammed out, there's only so much jam we can eat and we grill a lot so its perfect for marinades.
  6. I'm doing 4 pints of Raspberry Chipolte BBQ sauce, some pickles and very likely something gooseberry related. I hope to do some rhubarb ketchup tonight too but i'm out of jars! pfft!
  7. I froze 5lbs Gooseberries and 5lbs raspberries today.
  8. 6 Pints red currant Jelly 6 pints blueberry preserves 3 quarts cherry pie filling. I've had a busy couple of days! This canning lark is very addictive!
  9. 10 pints strawberry rhubarb jam Just found a Strawberry Magarita jam recipe too.. think i'm going to try that one tomorrow.
  10. I made some strawberry jam last night and going strawberry picking tomorrow so can see a lot more jam in my future.
