Arthritis flareup so not much........ Cold weather. Plan to cook large pot of beef and roots veg onions stew for 2 maybe 3 days food. DD her care package is near full to be mailed... thinking what small items to put in it.

The wood polishing oil from ikea had gone bad after several heatwaves. Yesterday wanted to polish coffee table and night table. Melted beeswax and shea butter use ir for very dry skin, melted au bain marie small clean glass jar, let it cool slightly ad fir pine essential oil and orange essential oil few drops each, apply it to tables use my fingers have OA so go slow......let it rest half hour....then with piece of old soft cotton t-shirt rub it in polishing it, the wood looks nice. The jar still has some left next time can top it up. Cut my own hair last month. Shea butter and orange e.o. in small mini jam glass jar for use on hair. Just now collected melissa from my garden to dry for tea and there was/are very little dandelions this year...... neighbours keep their manicured prissy lawn spray chemicals and unmentionables....somehow my very old comphrey patches 2 mtrs from their side.....disappeared.......gardens here have no fencing is open.... only near my house near my patio wild herbs grow.....my grass is more meadow......only have 2 bees and 1 visitor nice red/white cat daily put water bowls for her/him..........is from some house further away....but prefers my semi-wild garden.... Baked 1/3 recipe for a small size chocolate cake. No flour in our grocery shops. No sunflower oil. I use olive oil.

Is impossible to find here or at very high prices. Only thing I make is chutney and fridge pickles. I did make some jam in past, but fruits are expensive. Past summer very few raspberries in my garden , so just 1 bottle of raspberry vinegar I made.

No not Flu 2020. The flu vax given before Corona start. Flu vax here in EU we get usually early october but that year was very late november the flu shot.

I asked my dr for test he say no need, next time asked again no and then third time he finally gave me the papers to get test and yes it was bone pains low. Then I got Rx vitamin D but vits are here pay yourself. And some time later found a online pharmacy bit higher dosage lower price and it helped more. Reading up on vitamin D see that it helps with many things and is used by body for many things. I noticed too before using got all sorts of colds and now never.

Read Animal Farm for High School in the 1970s. Also 1984. I had recent phone call appt with my GP and asked something about the last flu/influenza vax before the big C start. I am in EU and do not know if flu shots in USA also where bit later that year. Anyone remember this?

Clovers white and purple grows wild in my garden. As do some other self seeded herbs like marjoram and mugwort. I have OA so no gardening. Even potted plants on patio area is not doable with my OA. I had a chillies/hot pepper indoors but it died. I grow it from seeds of 1 shop bought chilli pepper, will start some new. OA = osteoartritis.
