Guest Guest
I feel like I found a treasure... I happened to find a fine-grained, low-fat (not much marbling) sirloin steak for $2.99 per pound!!! I finally checked out a country-style, family market I'd wanted to visit, and it was there. My family loves jerky, and the simplest type I've made is just marinating the meat strips in teriaki sauce and then drying, which I'll do first. But I'd sure love to peek into your recipe boxes to see what you like & have used. I know there are some recipes I lost in the last 'puter crash, and *you* might have them!!! Anyone??? ------------------ Quote Link to comment
