logcabinmama
This is Friday, the 24th. A neighbor and I went to see DH yesterday and he was doing good, we thought. He was moved from CCU and into PCU. So they also thought he was doing better. After I got home, got home about 5:30, had fixed dinner and we were eating our DS got a phone call from a friend and was told that they had to put another tube into the right side. So he has a tube in both sides now. Sounds like there is a LOT of fluid built up around both lungs and they are trying to get it drained off. Link to comment

redhenfarm
(((Snowmom))) So sorry to hear of the complication and how hard it has been for you to get ahold of the hospital. You are both in my prayers. Link to comment
Homesteader
I sure hope you have got to talk to Oldpine by now. I know the hospitals around here are so short staffed too. It must be so frustrating to have to keep calling and calling with no answer. Maybe he will be all "drained out" soon. I know this is hard on you all. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Guest Guest
Snowmom, I'm sure if this was to happen, you'd rather he's at the hospital where they can take care if him. I always worry about people going home before all their needs are met. Link to comment
Bamboo
Joining the others in praying. Take care of yourself too Snowmom. Link to comment
