New Summer Salad recipe

Some how or another I ended up with a Kraft foods magazine that has recipes in it. One of their recipes was for a Chicken Fiesta Salad...

This is it the best I can remember...(I am at work and it is at home)

8 cups of torn lettuce

1 cups chopped cook chicken

1 15 oz can black beans rinsed

1 10 pack frozen corn thawed

Taco sauce don't remember the amount

Kraft 3 cheese crumbles

Ranch dressing

tortilla chipss

Well I made a few slight changes

8 Cups of lettuce

2 boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned with Adobe seasoning and grilled

Dry black beans cooked in the crock pot- used one (1) big slotted spoon full per plate.

Didn't have frozen yellow corn so I went with canned white corn drained. (again 1 slotted spoon full per plate)

No taco sauce so used fresh homemade salsa

Ranch dressing

Didn't have 3 cheese crumbles so I used Colby/Jack cheese

Added 1 dices fresh tomato

Added 1 sliced onion

Added 1 sliced avacado

Used the last of the tortilla chips (they were broken in to a zillion little pieces they acted sort of as crutons.

It was yummy. Hubby loved it.
