I am resigning tomorrow from one committee I sit on, and stepping down in June from the Secretary's post of the Garden Club in June, which I have done for four years now, having started the club off. People will get by without me! I have several new things I want to do, and want time to do some of the old things still hanging around too! My decisions will undoubtedly be unpopular with some people, but in the great run of things, not terribly important. I'm tired of being nursemaid to people who don't follow up their commitments. That is how I feel today, and will feel tomorrow as well. I'm looking forward to more time for me. Recent events put lots of things in perspective, don't they?
