etdeb Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 My nephew has been deployed to Afganistan and I am getting a list of stuff together to send to him. He was in Iraq for 2 tours and I need to know if the same things are suitable that I sent to him there are also ok for Afganistan. Link to comment
sassenach Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 check on adoptasoldier.org. They may have a list of whats appropriate for those in the Arab/muslim geographical places. Probably whats appropriate for Iraq will be the same for Afghanistan. Also, there is supposed to be a set rate for packages of a certain size going to the APO addies for the AE areas. His address should have the AE designate on it. Link to comment
