betty
I can't find washing soda now at Stater Brothers who used to sell it. Does anyone know which chain grocery store in southern California carries it? Thanks!!! Quote Link to post
Cat
Sounds like any Ace Hardware store will order it in for you if you ask. http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf71947321.tip.html You might also have success asking WalMart to stock it, or another store. The link above talks about that. Any that you order online will be very expensive to ship. Quote Link to post
KallieKat
I have never been able to find washing soda around here in our rural area. Instead, while making my laundry soap, I use the same amount of PH Pool Increaser. It is the same chemical as washing powder, I forget what it is, but it's the same. The PH pool increaser is about 6.00 and will make about 4 batches, using one cup each batch. Quote Link to post
GirlNextDoor
Sodium carbonate is the same thing & WAY cheaper. Quote Link to post
