prayers needed for DD's preschool teacher's family

My mom called me today with very little information today (and my sister has confirmed the information but there are no details). DD's teacher took her DD to either the oncologist or the surgereon today (breast cancer) for a check. DD's teacher called my mom and said I think DH has gone home to the lord & I'm on my way home. My mom called me and both of my sisters saying basically the same thing. The teacher's DDIL called my DSister to tell her because she new they would want all of us to know that he had passed away and gone to be with the Lord sometime today and that the people that were there when it happened where still there.

 

We have know the family since I was a toddler through church and my mom and DD's teacher are very close (like sisters). The kids (me, my sisters, and their kids) have grown up together. We've shared weddings, funerals, showers, babies over the years and now my DD and DD's DGD are going to preschool together and are very close. S

 

So as I ramble on, I am asking for prayers for this family in this time.
