Miles for February 3 - 9, 2013

Got over 10 inches of snow yesterday, so you know what is going on around here, these miles will be added next week.

Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

Biking, swiming, walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

*********

will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

weights, jumping rope.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

Miles for last week, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes, and all, I got in about a total of maybe 6 miles + 2 miles on the treadmill and bike was 9 miles, making a total of 17 miles last week.

Ok, who will be ???

Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post.

Way to go Lady!

 

The last 2 weeks were a blur to me. Taking MIL home, getting her settled in, shopping with her. Then coming home and trying to get my house back into shape after having her living here for 3 months. I had stuffed, stacked and packed so much in to our room which needed to be re-organized.

 

Obedience training Grrr, 1 mile.

Shopping with MIL, 1 mile.

Laundry & re-orgainizing, 1 mile.

Cleaning day, 1 mile.

Shooting day, 1 mile.

 

Gives me a total of 5 miles, plus a small amount of exercise preparing a portion of the garden area and planting.

 

Sorta feeling lost.... my scale quit working...

Shopping - 1 hr.

 

Cleaning- 1 hr.

 

Walking 3 hours

 

Total of 5 for the week.
