What is the best way...

I have never heard of bacon flavored Spam, but now I gotta try it!

I buy our bacon from Zaycon, and have found there is no "cooking ahead to freeze" in this house.....if I cook it, someone will eat it! We keep at least 9 pounds in the freezer, uncooked, at all times, though.

My first order of Zaycon bacon is due July 9. My problem is my son keeps throwing the bacon in the freezer. He's home for the summer, but when I want bacon, I only have time to cook it--not thaw it and then cook it. <_<

 

As for spam, I like it best sliced very thin and fried for sandwiches or jibbled up and fried to use like bacon bits.
