Annarchy
I found a bunch of bricks in the garbage, leveled the area, dug a hole, used a plow disc (harrow) from the desert near one of the fields for the fire, and an old fire pit lid. The logs were also salvaged from other people’s ‘trash’. The big big rocks were gathered from a desert wash. Done. Except for having to weed eater the grass between the bricks. Because of the dogs, we don’t use weed killer. Took the picture while watering the yard. 3 1 Quote Link to comment
Mt_Rider
Wow....that looks excellent! MtRider .....'course this is NOT the season for sitting around the fire... Or are your nights chilly? Quote Link to comment
Annarchy
Not chilly, unless you think low 70’s is cool. In the summer, I use my Dutch oven in it, that’s about it. Sometimes we’ll lite it for company gatherings. (Not the best pic) 1 Quote Link to comment
Jeepers
Cooking out there would sure help in the summer too by not heating up the house. Thank you for sharing the picture up above. It's a definite keeper! Quote Link to comment
