Malware, scammers, spoofing....dirty, rotten cheaters!  BEWARE.

Thanks for the reminder MtRider.  The scammers will be out in full force.  Ours will be enough to pay the real estate taxes for a full year. Since they are sending the money, I figure that would be the best thing to use it for. Might even have a couple hundred left over after it is paid. Due in June. So plenty of time for it to get here and I won't have to worry about it come December.
