Midnightmom
Know your ingredients. You can't "read the label" on a clove of (fresh) garlic, but there ARE ways of knowing where yours came from. Watch this short vid to learn about how to make sure your garlic is safe, tasty, and fresh. 3 Quote Link to comment

Littlesister
Never knew that. Good video. I will be much more careful. My granddaughter a month ago sent me some garlic from CA. That was good. The rest is now in freezer. It was to much to use up before it might go bad. I will be using that next time I make my spaghetti sauce to can. Think I will start growing my own garlic. Never tried it before, but a first time for everything. 1 Quote Link to comment
Homesteader
Gilroy, California. I took my mom out there to visit my cousin in San Juan. She took us to Gilroy and we filled up on everything garlic. I just bought a jar from our local organic store and the garlic came from Gilroy. I was Quote Link to comment
Snowmom
Wow, this is very interesting. I just shared it to Face book. We have a jar of garlic in our refrigerator right now. I think I am going to check to see if it says where it is from. Thank you for sharing this video. I had no idea some garlic came/comes from China. 1 Quote Link to comment
