Mother Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 I wasn’t sure where to put this info as Apeel, the coating applied to a lot of our fresh produce to allow it a longer shelf life, may or may not be a threat to our health. That would be an individual choice made on your own research. I came across this list of places it might be used and thought it might be helpful in your choices. https://myhealthforward.com/blogs/my-health-forward-blog/apeel 1 5 Quote
Jeepers Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 Thank you! I've been reading a lot about Apeel this last year. 2 Quote
Ambergris Posted October 20, 2024 Posted October 20, 2024 That's an interesting seed company. 1 Quote
Littlesister Posted October 20, 2024 Posted October 20, 2024 I haven't had a chance to check out the seed company but will be doing that as soon as I can go through what seeds I have now. As for the information on Apeel. That is some great info. Many of those stores we don't have here but there are a few. I take Ledil's and Aldi's to be one and the same basically as both are German stores if I remember right. So, the above that talked about what Aldi's is doing I will also take that is what Ledil's is also doing. I just would rather grow my own veggies but not enough room to grow my own fruit yet. Quote
