9-11

[shamelessly snitched from another site cause I thought it was an excellent idea!]

I'd like to make a suggestion for all of us who are stirring around trying to figure out what to do with our emotion, sadness, fear, etc. etc. on this trying day...

Today I dedicated my run to the victims of 9/11. I ran for the businessmen/women who ran for their lives that day, the men/women who loved to run but lost their lives, the people who were hurt and may never run again. I realized that my better health and fitness might be what saves me and/or my family or someone else should I be involved in something similar, which brought some real seriousness to my workout today.

I'd like to propose that whatever our workout is for today, we do it honor of those whom we call heroes today because of their bravery and their strength

{Personally-I'm going to go to the range and put some holes in a paper target)
