Beginning exercise

Here is a site that has some beginning exercises on it.

Oh, if you are not in the best of health, please be sure to talk to your DR. before you start any exercise program.

You can start out with walking, but don't try to walk a mile at first. Just a 5 minute walk is good to start with, then add each time you walk. They say walking is one of the best exercises there is. Walking, and swimming are better for you than running.

If you want to left weights, start out with a few pounds, like 2 pounds and use those for a while then go to the 3 pounds and then 4 etc. smile.gif

Here is another site. It is the 'Exercise and Fitness Center', it would be a good idea to read both of these if you haven't been exercising. smile.gif
