Drain pork, put in pan. Add dehydrated onion & pepper to taste (I use 1-2Tbsp each). Squirt in about 1/2 -3/4 cup ketchup and 1-2 Tbsp mustard. Add 1 Tbsp vinegar. Stir and heat. (I break the chunks apart into shreds while stirring) Add a little water if needed. Serve on buns or homemade bread. Serves 6.

2 cans/2 pints /1 quart pork chunks
