    Hello All

Thank you Darlene. It is nice to be so welcomed. As for my brother I'm very proud of him. I will give him your words of praise, and that should make him happy as sometomes all he gets to hear is discouraging. Fairy
  3. Thank you all for being so kind. They have sealed and I left the rings on (I know that some people take them off). I will become a momentary queen of bubble wrap and freezer bags! I have also gone to the Sunporch and said hello. Thank you all for your help. Fairy

    Hello All

I want to give a big thank you to everyone who gave advice on how to mail jam to my brother. I live in Colorado, am 31 and mother of a 12 year old daughter. I havent figured my way around here totally, but I'm working on it. I currently stay at home. I have my daughter, Amber, my husband, Eric, and all of my animals. Six cats (three kittens to sell) of my Siamease parents, the male is Dagda, and the female is Cerridwin. I also have a Russian BLue that I had adopted years ago named Tonic. I have three dogs. A Rottie named Aundie (I bought her from an abusive home) and two pups named Chief and Patches that I rescued when their mama abandoned them at three weeks old. They are black lab and ....? We also have 2 rabbits (my duaghters babies) Sugar and Cinnamon. I enjoy crafting, reading, cooking, baking, animals, and espically, time with my family. For those who asked my brothers name is Sean and he is currently in Afghanistan. He was in the Air Force until March of this year and now he is a civilian working for the army doing sat. com. He was one of the first troops sent out after 9/11, so this is his second time in Afghanistan. To anyone else who has friends or family deployed overseas, my deepest prayers and most sincere wishes are with you and your family that they come home safe. It is nice to meet all of you and I hope that we can become well aquainted. Fairybeliever
  5. My brother is stationed in Afghanistan. He wants some of the jelly and jam that I have made. Does anyone know if it mails well with the common sense precautions? I don't want it to blow up or something all over his other things. Thank you for your help. Fairybeliever
