I haven't canned anything today.. really. There are quite a few refrigerator pickles in the canning jars in the fridge as a result of some work done today tho!

I'm counting it. (:

Did 12 half pints of margarita jelly yesterday that didn't set up and didn't even seal. *sigh* I just dumped them and chalked it up to a bad day. May do dilly beans tonight.

Did another 15 pints of salsa today. Shew!! That's a lot of work but so worth it!!

I made 7 pints yesterday and it's WONDERFUL!!! I'll def. be making more of this!

Did a small batch of banana peppers early this morning. 3 pints.

ugh... I'm crying. I want to make this so bad. I love banana but have a horrible analphylaxsis. So much so that I have to carry an epipen. Soooo allergic to bananas. It's so so sad.

I did 7 qts of beef stew last week. More on that in a minute-

I did 7 qts of the dill pickles from the 1st recipe in the Pickle recipe section. I can't wait to see how they taste!

* A quick question on the processing time for that tho. It says 3-5 min for one qt? Is that right? That's what I did but I thought it needed at least 10m?

* This was my first time doing beef anything. I ate some of it last night and ... it's not as good as I thought it would be. ): I used the recipe in the BBB for Beef stew. *sigh*... oh well... it's better than starving.
