Ok... I give up. I need some help. I'm having a hard time finding instructions on how to can... Meat, Vegetables, and Soup! I want to learn how too can my chicken noodle soup! I want to learn the proper and safe way of canning food. Also what do I need... IE Pots, pans, pressure cooker, preservatives if needed, types of jars/lids, and anything I missed. How long does each type of food last in the jars etc. etc. Please... Thank you in advanced.
