A woman contacted me and was really furious her computer would not start up! Conversation is as follows: I hear her click the switch on the monitor and then CLICK...she hung the phone up on me! When she got her first computer, back in the 80's, there was hardly anyone around in Mexico that new more about computers than she did...without charging a lot, that is.
