We've had this thing since February 2002 and it's done this over & over again, despite numerous promised "fixes" in download helps, HP support, etc.... I figured enough is enough... Soooooooo... Cat unleashed her claws and called HP and said "I want a new PUTER!!!" (and he didn't even laugh!!) He said it had to be in the partitioned system recovery data, and is sending us new discs to completely rewrite that. If this doesn't fix it, we'll push to get a new computer. So I don't have ICQ or Yahoo IM right now & probably won't get it reinstalled until we get the new stuff. I still have my e-mail... bagunsa@usa.net ------------------ Quote Link to comment
