Guest Guest Posted February 21, 2005 Share Posted February 21, 2005 My house isn't going to slide down the mountain, but I may loose a part of my lower garden if it doesn't stop raining. What is interesting is the tornado warnings on the news. These are happening 100 miles from me but still interesting. I am in the Mountains of So. Cal, and of course on a South Facing slope so I am getting bombarded with the heavy rains. Life used to be so easy...fire, mudslides, earthquakes...now we have tornados! All is dry here, I am staying at home and finishing some UFO's (Unfinished Fabric Objects -- in other words sewing) If the wind would just stop blowing! I am sorry we didn't get snow..at least there would be any more mudslides. All the canyon roads but one leading out of my community are washed out. The latest dates for repair...
