{Ahem...I did say 'OF them'...not 'AT them'!
Argh! You are supposed to get a permit, and shoot them! That's free and tasty meat on the hoof there! You have the tools....
Just sayin'...

Spyderco Sharpmaker. EAsiest thing out there to use. Doesn't mess up your knife edges like an electric. Works really well--hair-popping sharp! You can also sharpen serrated edges, and scissors, and other edged items...be sure to get the user DVD with it. Well worth the $40 or so it costs.

That was fun!

One of my co-workers is on vacation week. She will not be back until the end of next week.
There are two jobs that are very hard on your hands, wrist and shoulder. One job is not hard to learn. The other job is considered skilled. We rotate 6 positions between 11 people so it's not so hard on your hands.3 of my co-workers are not trained on the skilled job. With the co-worker on vacation instead on being on the skilled job 3 hours a day I've been on it 6 to 7 hours.
I have arthritis in my hands and It's killing me this week.
Any ideas on how to calm the pain down .
I have degenerative arthritis in both thumbs (at teh base). Hurts like anything! I find some relief with Naproxen Sodium (Aleve), and my Mom treats her shoulder arthritis with Voltaren.

I haven't been posting my miles here for a couple months. THis past 7 days, I have walked a 5K, jogged a mile, and ridden 20mi at my fastest speed yet (14.1mph), And this Saturday I am scheduled to ride the Tour de Paris (TX) on the 110K route.

Hmmm...perhaps I chould go get a booster shot of pertussis. I do tend to get a horrible cough most Not-Summer seasons around here...
-
A relatively mild summer thus far, with far more moisture than we got last year. Things are still green and growing here in NTX.

Have a great time with family!

Eat less (and better foods for general health) and exercise more. Yes, it really is that simple.

O I am still blogging, but do it now on my main site. It seemed silly to post it in two places at the same time...
