I fondly remember buying those orange boxes of El Molino Bran Flakes way back when I was in high school (79-81). There was a recipe for Bran Flake Muffins on the box. I’ve been searching for that recipe for years. It was very simple. Something like: 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. oil, 3 tbsp. of molasses, and water. The orange box became a brown canister in the 90s, and still had the recipe, (which is not in the EMBF cookbook. I took the recipe for granted and now I lay awake a nights, craving my muffins. If you have any helpful information, I would greatly appreciate it.
