redhenfarm Posted September 14, 2005 Share Posted September 14, 2005 I had a morning ladies meeting today. The good news is I lost 1#. Other than that I've been tired ever since. Maybe I'll just go sit on Cat's porch again. My brother-in-law is scheduled for surgery on Oct. 3 for the mass in his colon. So we will take him up there on the 2nd and he will be in a week to 10 days. The best scenario will be that they shorten the intestine and that is what we expect at this point. So the fish naming goes on (the ones my sister gave us). She named two of them Rocky and Bullwinkle. DH named one Morrie (he said it's sort of bossy like a morey eel) and I named a reddish little one Rose. I was looking at the Old Farmer's Almanac and I see it's still hot in many parts of the country but it's been 60ish here and cloudy - sometimes rainy. I'm picking the first of my zucchini today (planted late). So I'm off to take a nap. How exciting my day is! How about you? Link to comment
