Parkinson's Disease Foundation The Parkinson's Foundation's Web site includes an overview of the disease's symptoms and treatment as well as a list of research centers and organizations in the current field. Parkinson's Disease Links An extensive section of Parkinson's Disease Links is maintained by Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, including both lay and scientific resources. Parkinson's Disease: Hope Through Research Parkinson's Disease: Hope Through Research is a comprehensive booklet, available on-line from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (a member of the U.S. government National Institutes of Health), covering topics from the symptoms of Parkinson's to treatment, diet, exercise, promising research, and resources for further information. The Parkinson's Web The Parkinson's Web is a well-designed resource guide based at Massachusetts General Hospital. It includes a lay-language glossary and description of signs, symptoms, and treatments; information on coping strategies and support resources; a bibliography and guide to recent research and publications; and links to other Internet resources.
