Parkinson's Disease: Hope Through Research is a comprehensive booklet, available on-line from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (a member of the U.S. government National Institutes of Health), covering topics from the symptoms of Parkinson's to treatment, diet, exercise, promising research, and resources for further information.

The Parkinson's Web is a well-designed resource guide based at Massachusetts General Hospital. It includes a lay-language glossary and description of signs, symptoms, and treatments; information on coping strategies and support resources; a bibliography and guide to recent research and publications; and links to other Internet resources. The section on medications has particularly colorful and informative illustrations.
