Diet - Day 5

Well, I don't quite understand this, but I was up 1/2lb from yesterdays weighing...

 

I certainly didn't eat alot, just soup and skim milk, because I'm allergic to bananas and can't have them, so I don't know if it's because it's the first time I've had protein in a few days (from the milk), or what, but I was kinda surprised...

 

Oh well, maybe it's just retaining water and I'm sure I'm still losing inches (I shoulda measured myself before I started cause I CAN feel that I'm a little smaller)...or maybe it's just that I don't have that much to lose so it's gonna go slower...I dunno...

Well wonders never cease...after putting back on 1/2 lb yesterday for some reason when I weighed in, I got kinda discouraged.

 

Today, I really had no expectations, but when I got on the scales, I had lost TWO POUNDS!

 

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

 

My total is now 6lbs with 2 more days to go!
