Lois
Sangria with borage large handful of borage leaves 3 sprigs fresh rosemary 4 cups red wine (Chuabti, burgundy or cabernet) 2 cups pure apple juice3 tangerines, sliced Borage blossoms place borage leaves and rosemary in a very large wide mouth jar and use a pestle to pound them lightly till bruised. this will release their fragrances so the perfume the wine and juice. Pour on the wine and apple juice and add the tangerines, along with their juice. Cover and let steep, refrigerated, for at least a day. Will keep for 1 week strain and serve chilled with floating borage blossoms in balloon wineglasses.. or just any old mason jar Link to comment
