and she told this joke to us----

 

A typical American teenage boy, you know the kind long hair no job raggy clothes, went to his father asking to borrow the car.

Well said the father if you cut your hair, start reading the bible more, got a job and bought some new clothes THEN you may borrow the car.

So the boy thinks it over and decides to do just that. He first goes to the minister and starts taking bible lessons .Then he goes out and finds a job and with the first pay check goes and buys some new clothes. So he needs to borrow the car again and asks his father NOW can I use the car I’m reading the bible now, I got a job and even some new clothes? But the father says NO you STILL have the long hair! The son said But Dad, Jesus had long hair and look at all the good work he did. And so did some of his disciples and look at all the good work that they did.

But son wherever they went they WALKED!
