gulfcoastruth Posted May 16, 2009 Share Posted May 16, 2009 Happy Saturday all! I am waiting for bread to rise, and simmering gluten...with fingers crossed. This is my first attempt. I ground my own wheat flour, followed recipies found online... So far, my bread doesn't appear to be rising and my gluten tastes like dumplings instead of steak!! I did make really delicious wheat pancakes this morning, and yesterday my grand daughter (Lily is 4) and I, made peanut butter! Maybe there is hope for me! Hope y'all are havin' a great Saturday!
