With all the stairs I have been going up and down and up and down. Also, went shopping one day and spent a few hours walking in the stores. I know everyone is busy, but please take a couple minutes to post your miles. Yes, even if it was only 1 or 2, each mile is that many more we can count. Maybe I'll go up to the cabin this weekend so I have to walk the dog. And the carpets do need cleaning.
