Shawn Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I canned some petit gold potatoes last week, and they turned out beautifully.... Until I looked at them today. They have turned cloudy. Is this just the starch in the potatoes or did I do something wrong and now they are no good? I opened one can and they don't smell bad, but I know smell may not be a good indicator. Anyone else have this happen? Link to comment
