Question, 2 of my children are on the persciption adderall for adhd one can be taken off if necessary but the other cannot, I can get but only a 30day script bc its a controlled substance,should I look into homeopatic meds to keep in case of emergency and cant go to the dr or pharmacy for months if things go south and has anyone used any good substitues for adhd meds or just know of a good company to buy quality meds from? thanks

wow atleast their mayor and people care and are shipping eggs to neighborhoods at half price when meat has gone up ive never seen half price meat trucks in my neighborhood and i dont figure we will see it in the future good to know people care and are looking out for us lol

After we get taxes back if we can last that long in the current situation we are moving to one of the small towns around the Ouachita National Forest in southeast oklahoma my brother and sis n law live down there and there are lots of fishing holes and outdoor type things to do and asrkansa is just a jump and skip away with lots of landmarks and lakes and mining places the kids will enjoy. We are taking a huge leap of faith will find a cheap rental and establish jobs in one of the small towns down that way before buying a home but we think this will be best for our family of 6 we have been in enid ok since Jan of this year and just generally not happy with the town or work and nothing for the kids to do unless we pay alot of money so just looking forward to a slower pace of life and being able to spend time outdoors. Now im feeling the urge to go find the box in the garage that my hubby dumped the junk draw into when moving last january lol saw it the other day and know it has batteries in it I guess todays the day to finally go thru it or Im gonna keep being worried about a fire now, off to go get lost in the garage lol

I have some blackberry or grape jelly that my dad made about 5 years ago that didnt set up enough, the pectin papers in the box says you can reboil and add more pectin is this just for recently made jelly or can I redo what my dad made and fix it? thanks

i put extra batteries in my pocket one day to go to the lake with the kiddos along with money and keys and my leg started hurting thought something had bitten me but soon realized my pocket was incredibly hot had to take everything out and unzip my shorts to hold them away from my body boy was i shocked and scared, those batteries went in the trash and for now on batteries stay in the camera case lesson learned here

hand can opener, coffee pot, microwave if it counts bc husband works til 2 am so I can go back to sleep in 5 min lol

thanks Violet I already emptied 2 jars last night after seeing if they were bad and washed the jars with my other dishes so what do I look for to make sure we dont get sick from botulism ? thanks

thanks andrea very glad to be here, I checked my vinegar bc I didnt know that but it was 5%, the recipe I could of swore said to wipe dry the lid, ring and jar dry of course I cant find the recipe right this moment when I want it lol, but I bet it could also be the headspace I kept telling my self it didnt look right, thanks, guess ill try again next year

Im new round here okie momma of 4, trying to do things a little simpler while saving money and preparing for the weather and another layoff should it ever happen just to be a couple of reasons. Anyways I canned dill pickles from the recipe that my mom used for years but went to eat them tonight about a month of letting them sit and the lid was not pushable in the middle like it sealed but was able to pop lid off with my thumb and the pickles where funny looking and mushy, any ides of what i did wrong and am I able to use the jars and rings again? Thanks for your help.
