Guest Guest Posted August 13, 2005 Share Posted August 13, 2005 I've been wanting to can some chicken mole which is really just chicken in spicy chocolate sauce. But I'm having trouble finding out chocolate sauces canning times. I suspect the chicken time will rule the day but I can't find any recipies for canning. I'd prefer to make a batch using commercial mole paste which has chocolate, spices, sesame seeds, cracker meal and then boil the chicken and use the broth from that. The idea is to have chicken mole in one jar for ready to go dinner. Otherwise I'd have to find a mole recipe and do the chicken seperate. Any suggestions? Link to comment
