webroox Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 10 oz. ground beef 14 oz. bean sprouts (calls for 14 oz. can) 1/2 green pepper sliced or chopped 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 small onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 pkg. Sweetener salt to taste pepper to taste 1 small can mushrooms, drained Brown beef in skillet; drain. Add green pepper, Italian seasoning, tomato sauce, onion, garlic salt, Sweetener, salt, pepper and mushrooms; simmer for 30 minutes. Heat bean sprouts and serve sauce over them. This recipe serves 2.
