Homesteader Posted January 6, 2006 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Oh Snow this reminds me of something my now deceased MIL did. She had a hard life after her hubby left her with 6 kids. At night she would often drown her sorrows. One night I heard her making sounds and then I smelled smoke. I went into her room and she had passed out and the garbage can was on fire. She had put all of her photos into the can and set them on fire. I put it out and salvaged what I could of the pix. Link to comment

Homesteader Posted January 8, 2006 Share Posted January 8, 2006 I'm still here!! You need to look at all the forums..I spread my mischief everywhere. I did manage to save a few of the pictures. Most of them were from the 50's and 60's. Alot of them are of my son's biological father. I think I will scan them and send them off to the now "grown up" kids. Link to comment
