Since I will probably only use it for cassoroles, cakes and other baking we won't go through it very fast. Is this something that will need to be repackaged when I get it? I could vacuum seal it in canning jars. Would that keep it good? in advance Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 take raw eggs and scramble them (raw), pour on your fruit leather maker sheet and dehydrate. When dry, place in blender to turn to powder. It is easier I think to vacuum seal in small packages but define small? pint jar? large ziplock size bag? It is the yoke that goes rancid due to the fat content. I am sure the canning police are just around the corner so I will ... Link to comment
