Something other than walking, to tone up the ole sagging muscles. Something easy to start with so not to end up bedridden for a week 'cause we over did. Anyone...??? Link to comment
logcabinmama Posted May 8, 2006 Share Posted May 8, 2006 I was asking the dr. the other day about that, and she said I could do just about anything I wanted to as long as I did them the right way. Even with my weak bones, I am able to do set ups, twists, etc. use weights for sure and do lots of walking and biking. Link to comment
