8thsinner Posted January 30, 2007 Share Posted January 30, 2007 I am just starting a new training regime, I plan to do a whole load of stuff, and sort of crash course back to the way I used to be, IE fit. This is roughly what it will cover. Theres at least 30 minutes of stretching a day, 30 minutes of strength training Multiple hand exercises, which I can do in work, like squeezing blue tac, for finger strength, Rotating snooker balls for over all finger strength etc Precission jumps from parkour, along side plyometrics and isometrics. Running and skipping. I will break it down fully, measure everything and keep a track of it in here, I am also quitting smoking, slowly, so it's going to be an uphill struggle for a while.
