All flowers are beautiful! I am partial to the yellow roses mixed with red roses, oh and maybe some pink roses too. Daffodils always make me smile!

My DH knows "Forget the flowers - buy me a rose bush" It is the same price and I will enjoy it for years to come!

 

Having said that he reckoned because we spent money on a new outfit for my Brothers wedding, he didn't have to do anything for Valentines Day. I did not agree with that!

I am with you on that Sue! I would much rather dh buy me something lasting than something that won't. I pick wild flowers in the Summer for my table. I'm not good at growing roses, not where I live.

 

Dh did some things around the house today that needed to be done (according to me). That was good enough for me.
